Terms and Conditions for QRPhotoPay

By using QRPhotoPay, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

QRPhotoPay is a mobile application that enables users to create and share UPI-based QR codes with customizable designs. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, including NPCI guidelines for UPI transactions.

2. Use of the App

You may use QRPhotoPay to:

• Generate UPI QR codes using a valid UPI ID, validated for format compliance (e.g., user@bank).
• Customize QR codes with background images from the device gallery or camera and apply gradient designs or QR styles (square or circle).
• Scan UPI QR codes using the camera or import from gallery images to extract UPI IDs, with support for flashlight and zoom functionality.
• Save generated QR codes to the device gallery or share via third-party apps (e.g., WhatsApp, email).
• Adjust the size of the QR code using a slider.
• Toggle between light and dark themes.
• Undo actions like removing images, UPI IDs, or QR designs.
• Access a settings page to view FAQs, contact support, check the app version, or access Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent activities, including generating QR codes with unauthorized UPI IDs or images.
• Share QR codes containing sensitive UPI IDs with untrusted parties.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app without permission.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy and legality of UPI IDs and images used in QR codes.
• Complying with NPCI guidelines for UPI transactions.
• Protecting your device and data from unauthorized access.
• Reviewing third-party apps’ terms before sharing QR codes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs within QRPhotoPay are the property of the developer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

QRPhotoPay is provided “as is” without warranties. The developer is not liable for:

• Misuse of the app, including fraudulent use of QR codes with unauthorized UPI IDs or images.
• Financial losses or damages resulting from QR code usage.
• Actions by third parties who scan or receive your QR codes.
• Errors or interruptions in app functionality.

Users are solely responsible for the lawful use of QR codes generated by the app.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to QRPhotoPay without notice for conduct that violates these Terms, NPCI guidelines, or is harmful to other users or the app.
